Today’s show was LIVE from the Grayson Murray Classic at Raleigh Country Club. The event helps raise funds and awareness for the Grayson Murray Foundation. John McConnell of McConnell Golf was our first guest, and he talked about how he was introduced to Grayson and granted him playing privileges as a young up-and-comer and the promise he showed. Brian Katrek and John Maginnes joined the program with some Ryder Cup thoughts especially as it relates to Rory McIlroy and on Steven Fisk winning on the PGA TOUR. Country music artist George Birge talked about giving back and the crossover between golf and being an artist on the road as well as his journey and love for the game. Fisk, coming off his win at the Sanderson Farms, talked about that win and the state of his game. Justin Williams and Cam Ward of the Carolina Hurricanes who played golf with Grayson talked about him and their love for golf.
