Cole Hammer, a National Champion at the University of Texas and two-time Walker Cup team member, is on his professional journey and currently a member of the Korn Ferry Tour. He will join 5 Clubs on Golf Channel throughout the 2025 season to share his journey, not just on the course, but off the course as well. This is the first appearance in the series.
