About 5 Clubs Golf

5 Clubs Golf is a destination for every aspect of the golf industry. Our team is made up of like-minded individuals who either make a living in the golf industry or simply love the game. 5 Clubs Golf was born out of the aspiration that we would be a foundational piece with the express intent to grow and contribute to the ecosystem of golf. We are essentially a golf club in Charlotte, North Carolina with a national membership of listeners and viewers who see the game the way we do. The conversations on our platform are intended to inform, entertain and conjure opinion.

We have a team of passionate and informed contributors who are Gary Williams, Johnson Wagner, Brendon DeJonge, Gil Hanse, Jay Bilas, and Emma Carpenter. 5 Clubs Golf is for the discerning golf consumer who wants to see and hear about the things that are happening at all levels of the game of golf. From new construction to amateur golf, to the weekly news on all the professional tours, we aspire to provide a thorough and wide sense of the game. We want to provide something for everyone. 5 Clubs Golf gives historical perspectives, and takes you to the best places through our America’s Guest documentary series.

With Wagyu and Filet, you have two former PGA TOUR players who now cover the game giving their opinions on every player and every event. The 5 Clubs team welcomes you to our platform intended for all golfers who understand that, “It’s about the time, not the score.”
