Bio

Carrigan’s exposure to sports began at an early age while participating in volleyball, dance and cheer. She learned that a career in sports existed when she attended Elon University and learned about what a major in Sports Management entailed. From there, she started working in Sports Information and her love for sports truly evolved into a passion and future. She went on to intern with the Washington Commanders and PGA before attending graduate school at UNC-Chapel Hill in Sport Administration. She then worked in Football Operations at UNC for one season and UNC Charlotte for two seasons as Director of Football Operations. Her love for golf has grown over the years from watching tournaments with her dad and brother, to working at Ballantyne and the PGA, to finally getting a club in her own hands. And just like all the weekend golfers out there, she still has a lot to learn and improve upon. She loves the environment and atmosphere that golf brings and hopes her fiancé can help bring her handicap down.
