James’s love for sports started early and a desire to work in sports began while he was a ball boy for the North Carolina men’s basketball team and getting that feel to being that close to all the action. From there it was just a matter of figuring out where to find a home. He spent time working with the Durham Bulls, as a Sports Information Director at UNC Charlotte and ultimately a long-term home with Signature Sports Group. His love for golf has grown over the years and now nothing beats stepping foot on a new course for the first time or teeing it up with his daughter or friends.
